The Learn to Run program is for smokers, and recent quitters, who wish to become more physically active, and train to walk or run a 5km distance. The program focuses on improving physical fitness whilst educating participants about the benefits of exercise, proper nutrition, tobacco cessation and other useful topics. The aim is to finish the 8 week program with an organized 5km fun run.
